I was completely ignorant of anything to do with roof structure/function/vocabulary, etc. Instead of taking advantage of this, S.I.S Exteriors saw an opportunity to educate & empower me. They were honest about what needed doing and what didn’t. They took the time to show me and explain their estimate to me with detailed drawings, calculations and explanations. All staff was polite, friendly, considerate, conscientious, hard workers, willing to answer any questions, mindful of clean up and safety, and willing to go the extra mile to help and make you happy. From cleaning out the many old wasp nests from previous owners, taking away some heavy, awkward, metal debris that I was not able to handle, they were generous with their time and labour. They also helped me with my shed’s drainage needs and provided excellent service with the electrical needs I had. Thank you Jason, Richard and SIS!
